How will you make an impact The Director of Marketing will lead the divisional marketing team to achieve business objectives and accelerate growth across the division's portfolio. This leader will define and execute strategic and tactical marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate demand, support commercialization, and strengthen customer engagement. This role requires a strong strategic marketer who can work across a complex, matrixed organization, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate market insights into growth initiatives. Success in this role depends on deep knowledge of the life sciences industry, customer needs, competitive technologies, and scientific trends, along with the ability to identify new market opportunities and lead teams through execution. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $160,000.00-$235,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
